 For incredible pictures with extreme ease, the Canon IXUS 95 IS digital camera incorporates a new Smart Auto mode. This uses Canon’s Scene Detection Technology to analyse the shooting scene in detail – checking subject brightness, contrast, distance and overall hue. The Canon 95 IS camera then instantly selects one of 18 possible modes, to ensure perfect settings for the scene.

Thanks to DIGIC 4 processing, Canon’s intelligent technologies are now more accurate than ever. Improved Motion Detection aids blur-free capture of moving subjects. i-Contrast brightens the dark areas of a photo without blowing out correctly-exposed areas. Face Detection Technology can register multiple faces in a frame and adjusts settings for better results. In addition, the Canon IXUS 95 IS offers a smarter, newly improved User Interface – making functions even easier and more intuitive to access.

 The Canon 95 IS offers fun movie capture at VGA resolution, with the option of Long Play movies for extended shooting. The Canon 95 IS also has a 2.5” PureColor LCD II that offers bright, detailed image preview and review. The inclusion of an optical viewfinder offers users an alternative way to compose shots. 

 The Canon IXUS 95 IS features a dedicated Print menu for quick access to direct print options. Full PictBridge support means users can print directly to any PictBridge compatible printer without the need for a PC.
